Building resilience based on te ao Māori principles

This module explores how te ao Māori (the Māori world view) can strengthen your approach to climate resilience and business decision-making. Principles such as taurite (balance), utu (reciprocity) and whanaungatanga (relationships) emphasise the interconnectedness between people, place and business. Applying these principles can support more sustainable, long-term decisions, strengthen relationships with customers and partners, and build trust within your community. Te ao Māori offers a values-based framework that helps businesses respond to climate challenges in ways that are both practical and purposeful, supporting resilience, reputation and long-term success.
